Day 4: Implementation & Operation

  • Learn how to implement and manage BCMS controls and procedures.

  • Understand communication, awareness, and competence requirements.

  • Explore documentation, change management, and operational planning.

Day 5: Monitoring, Review & Certification Exam

  • Learn about internal audit, management review, and continual improvement.

  • Understand how to prepare for certification and lead implementation.

  • Take and pass the Lead Implementer exam.
